Dicha exposici\u00f3n, se realiz\u00f3 ante el sector acad\u00e9mico, organizaciones de la sociedad civil y 15 delegaciones municipales pertenecientes a <a><\/a>los Departamentos de La Paz y Cochabamba, entre los cuales participaron Alcaldes, Concejales, Secretarios y jefes de unidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La presentaci\u00f3n, que ha sido de inter\u00e9s de los asistentes, ha servido para reafirmar en las autoridades subnacionales la necesidad de asumir sus competencias en materia de vivienda y h\u00e1bitat adecuados, y de generar instrumentos t\u00e9cnico-legales de habilitaci\u00f3n de suelo dirigido a los sectores m\u00e1s vulnerables del pa\u00eds; en el marco de su planificaci\u00f3n y desarrollo socio-territorial, y en concordancia con los planes de desarrollo nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button is-style-outline is-style-outline--1\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/permalink.php?story_fbid=3860272274073922&amp;id=249876115113574\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ver Noticia en Facebook<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Durante el II Congreso Boliviano de Urbanismo realizado presencialmente en Tarija del 08 al 10 de noviembre, la Fundaci\u00f3n Procasha ha presentado los avances realizados con determinados gobiernos municipales respecto a mecanismos de captaci\u00f3n de suelo para programas de vivienda social.
